Since May 2011, a telephone service has been set up to allow couples to exchange strong voices with an ACIQ administrator. The call backs are as fast as possible but do not forget that our team is composed only of volunteers so we have to reconcile everything with our personal and professional life. Since April 2012, the ACIQ has had a toll-free number: This number allows availability 7 days a week and 24 hours a day since a person answers and transfers the call to the resource person by email. At the same time, anyone wishing to obtain information by email can do so by emailing us on the contact us page.
